Transportation
Participants arriving at Taoyuan International Airport are advised to travel to their respective hotels on January 4 via the Taoyuan Airport MRT and Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR). On January 5, participants are responsible for their own transportation from their hotels to the meeting venue.
Step 1
Taoyuan International Airport → Taoyuan HSR Station
Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT from Taoyuan International Airport to Taoyuan HSR Station.
Step 2
Taoyuan HSR Station → Hsinchu HSR Station
At Taoyuan HSR Station, transfer to the Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) and travel southbound to Hsinchu HSR Station.
Step 3
Hsinchu HSR Station → Hotel
After arriving at Hsinchu HSR Station, participants should travel directly to their hotel by taxi or other convenient local transportation.
Getting to the Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held in Room 227, Engineering Building 2.Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation from their hotels to the meeting venue. Please refer to the “NYCU MAP” below for the location of Engineering Building 2 (red circle). Information on recommended transportation options is provided below.

Taxi / Uber
Direct transportation from your hotel to NYCU Guangfu Campus is recommended for participants unfamiliar with Hsinchu or traveling with luggage.
When using a taxi or ride-hailing service, participants may show the destination “陽明交通大學光復校區 工程二館“.
Public Bus
Participants staying in central Hsinchu may use the local bus system to reach NYCU Guangfu Campus.
One useful route is Hsinchu Bus Route 2, which operates between Hsinchu Railway Station and NYCU Guangfu Campus. The current full fare is NT$15.
